Bahria University is a federally-chartered public sector university, which was established on 07 February 2000 through a Presidential Ordinance. The University is a multi-discipline/multi-campus and state-of-the-art designed to meet the ever growing demand and quest of education; which has made remarkable progress in a short period of time.
The headquarters of university is located in Islamabad. It is offering courses in Management Sciences, Earth and Environmental Sciences, Professional Psychology, Medical and Dental Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Social Sciences, Marine Studies, and planning to commence programme in Legal Studies from Fall 2010 semester. The University has a distinguished reputation among academic circles conduct of research at undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate levels.
